The Insight Subluxation Station

The Insight Subluxation Station is state of the art diagnostic equipment that measures abnormal spinal function.  The machine does this by conducting a non-invasive and painless combination of neurological tests called thermography and SEMG.  These tests utilize surface sensors that measure nerve function and help determine where problem exists, how severe they are, and determine the patients progress.  The clear, color-coded scans of potential spinal misalignments (subluxations) provide a visual measurement of how aspects of the nervous system are functioning.

The three standard tests will measure 1) Surface Elctromyography (SEMG) measures - amount of electrical current in the muscles; electrical activity of the spinal muscles revealing the amount of tension in the muscles 2) thermography - skin temperature along the spine 3) inclinometry - range of movement of the spine.

Too much or too little tension around a spinal region can indicate the presence of underlying spinal malfunction known as vertebral subluxation. Nerve interference is direct result of subluxations.  Subluxation is a misaligned vertebra or one not moving properly, that is irritating a nerve or nerve root.
